F1: Aston Martin leaves door open on Tsunoda rumors

As speculation over Formula 1 driver moves intensifies, Aston Martin has become the center of attention regarding Yuki Tsunoda.

The Japanese driver, rumored to be leaving Red Bull at the end of the season, has been linked with a reserve role at the British team.

In response to the reports, Aston Martin chose neither to confirm nor deny, releasing a brief statement: “Our 2026 lineup will be announced in due course.” The neutral stance suggests that Tsunoda remains a possible option for the future.

Tsunoda’s strong ties to Honda further fuel the speculation. With Aston Martin set to use Honda’s engines exclusively from 2026, the Japanese driver naturally emerges as a fitting candidate.
