In 2026, he will compete in MotoGP—the most prestigious motorcycle racing series—as a member of the Prima Pramac Yamaha team, becoming the first Turkish rider to race in this elite championship.
Pramac Racing, having ended its long-standing partnership with Ducati, will switch to Yamaha engines starting in the 2025 season. This strategic transition has brought Toprak and Yamaha back together, rekindling a successful partnership.
